My fun machine
In depth
History: I have owned this bike since April 2006 when I bought it new from the dealership
Modifications: Termignoni pipes, headers and ECU (no catalytic converter). Barnet clutch, Speedymoto open clutch cover, carbon fiber belly pan, carbon fiber cambelt covers, carbon fiber tailpiece, frame sliders. Techmount handlebar mount for Escort 8500 radar detector.

Problems: I've had only 2 problems in 2 years. The first was the fuel pipes leaking where they came out of the tank. This was fixed under warranty. The second was the clutch starting to slip after 18,000 km. Its a dry clutch and I do ride it hard so perhaps that's not unexpected.

Another issue that came up was a factory recall the replace the valve guides. I never noticed a problem but, hey, it was a free repair.
Comments: I also have a ducati tankbag and single saddlebag that I used last year for a trip to MotoGP at Laguna Seca. I took my wife on the pillion and the never missed a beat all the way.
